Superb Large Antique Chinese Jin / Yuan Splashed Brown Black Temmoku Cizhou Jar.
Fine potted large buff stoneware jar or bottle with iron black glaze and splashed decoration.
Splashed iron red / russet flower sprays. Unglazed base.
Date 12/13thC Jin to Yuan dynasty, of Cizhou type kiln site.
Measures approx. 20.3 cm (8″) at widest and 22.5 cm (8 7/8″) high.
Weight 2.46 kg.
Overall condition is very good, signs of wear and/or use commensurate with age.
